So you’ve decided to get your device fixed with us! …. Excellent Choice!!
These are the steps you need to take to get your device to us so we can get you up and running again as soon as possible.
- Have a look in the shop and see if your device/repair is listed – PLEASE NOTE THE SHOP PAGE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION
- (if its not listed or you aren’t sure what needs to be done then give us a ring and we will help you sort it out – 1300 CELLTECH)
- Choose the repair and proceed to the checkout (dont worry you wont need to part ways with any money yet)
- Register all your details in your account page, remember to provide as much detail as you can, every little bit helps
- Submit your order – you should receive a confirmation email with your job number on it
- Print that email and send it with your handset to the following address:

We will contact you as soon as we get your device (so you know it arrived safe and sound) and then shortly after you will get another email saying its all done and instructions on how you can pay for it.
